  • Maintaining all documents and records within Federal Dockets Management System (FDMS)
  • Assisting clients and FDA personnel with navigating FDMS,, and locating publicly available documents
  • Overseeing and processing all incoming electronic comments
  • Assisting in scanning, uploading and updating Legacy Dockets (Older Records) in the system
  • Performing quality assurance audits on all records and documents
  • Assisting in the processing of all incoming paper submissions, document scanning, date stamping andentering the documents into excel spreadsheet
  • Providing customer services that include answering phone calls, escorting guests, and assisting clients in obtaining needed documents
  • Recording daily activities and maintaining order in Public Reading Room
